I was greeted at my truck after I pulled up for my service appointment, the service writer took it from there. He had me sign the work order, then I had a seat in the waiting area. It took 1-1 1/2hrs. He notified me when Mr truck was finished. He went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied with everything. As always, it was a positive experience.

Not play Newsmax on your TV in the waiting room. Not everyone wants to watch propaganda in your waiting room. There are a jillion home improvement shows that can't possibly offend anyone. I drive a round trip of over 90 miles to bring my car to you for oil changes and I have been doing that since 2014. Make it easy for me to want to commit to such an inconvenience. The world is full of devisive poilitics and I don't need to see it while I'm spending money with you. You used to wash my car when you did the oil changes but I see you have stopped that practice. You are a good dealership and you do a good job changing my oil but I could get it done cheaper at Walmart a few blocks from my house. Give me a reason to keep coming.

I was so lucky with my alternator going out on my 2021 Enclave that they were able to get me in at 9am on a Saturday morning and had the part on hand. When I went to get in the car I noticed grease on and around the door handle. I told Jon about it and he had a guy come out with a rag to clean off the grease. They offered to wash it, I declined because the last time it was washed they took the car down the road to the Ford house. The car did not get cleaned, only moved the dirt around some. I accepted their offer to a full new car detail at my convenience. Above and beyond the call of duty.

The service department changed my oil in record time. (in about 30 minutes instead of the hour and a half quoted time) However, the rushed service left oily finger prints all over the car. Also, I expected the car would be ran through the car wash, and they didn’t wash the car. I got a basic print out of the service, but no preventive maintenance suggestions such as cabin filter changes. Also they didn’t fill my tires with air and make sure they were all even. And I can’t tell if they topped off my wiper and other fluids in the car. I expected more from an $82 service call. That’s awful expensive for just a basic oil change.

I had an appointment today, 5/13, on a follow up to this appointment on 5/9 for a part to be ordered and put on. I went to the appointment today on 5/13 and after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby told the part has not yet arrived. It’s not the lady’s fault who helped me today, but who helped me last Friday. I was reminded of this appointment 4 times since Friday by Text and email(most of the being Monday 5/12). But I got no phone call, text, or email to reschedule because the part did not come in. I understand it was a small service, but this deals with time and scheduling. Now it will be 3 times I have to visit the Service department for a Splash Shield. I’ve thought of getting a new vehicle from Freedom GMC but now I’m questioning it due to communication.

Good oil change service, however $14 for a disposal/ shop materials fee is extremely high compared to what other dealerships charge. I think I will use another dealer that charges $5. I mean come on. Our experience with Ed Morse Freedom Buick was by far the best experience we have ever had. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over my 50 years, but I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Our salespeople were super friendly, the negotiation process was easy, the finance department was very transparent and the entire process did not take that long. We bought a car at a different dealership just 3 days prior and it took several hours and was an exhausting experience. Quite the opposite at Ed Morse Freedom Buick so much so that we wish we would have shopped for both of our recently purchased vehicles there. We are definitely customers for life now.

I called for an appointment and when I arrived the service writer was there and started the process, he was professional and courteous. After about a hour I saw my vehicle sitting in the drive up area and thought it was completed. I was told it had not been started even though I had an appointment my vehicle was put in line for service, I wasn't informed of this process. If I was made aware of this I could have spent time somewhere other than the dealership waiting, or made other arrangements. The chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable.

They were mind-blowing! We were in the area from out of town visiting family when our second remote key quit working. The owner's manual said we should have a trained technician look at it so we we googled Buick dealerships and - voila! - found Freedom less than a mile from where we were. We showed up about lunch time on a Friday afternoon. Brent tried everything but ended up ordering a replacement. We were concerned about how long it would take because we're were only in town for a few more days. The key came in the next day, we showed up at opening, and Brent had us back in business right away! Everyone we dealt with (i wish i could remember the name of the coordinator that helped us - she was also wonderful!) was professional, kind, knowledgeable and so supportive of total strangers who didn't represent future business because we live 500 miles away. We love our 2025 Enclave and Crown Buick (our dealership in Metairie, LA), and Freedom proved that the Buick brand is special. Can't thank Brent and Freedom Buick enough.

As a colleague in the business. I find it distasteful to forcibly add dealer add-ons and not give the customer the option to remove them. I asked the sales manager three times to remove the $1995 in dealer add-ons which are basically nothing. Except for the window tint. As a professional on the business, I can get window tint done for $400 all day long for the entire vehicle. They didn't even treat my seats with the so-called solution that gives my seats a five-year-old. I only came to the dealership and drove five hours because it was the only unit with the trim package that I wanted. Needless to say dealer add-ons forcibly or just not right.

My 2024 Acadia Denali with 26k miles had radiator leak. Replacement part is unavailable INDEFINITELY. I purchased extended warranty & maintenance agreements when purchasing vehicle brand new. The loaner car (tiny Buick Encore) provided is not comparable to my vehicle. I continue to make monthly payments & pay insurance on a $50k+ vehicle INDEFINITELY while driving this tiny unsafe vehicle 3 hours a day on dangerous highway with tractor trailer accidents occurring daily.

I called to check the price of oil change and tire rotation and was quoted 89.95 plus tax. When service was complete and I when to pay they added a misc charge of 7.49 to my bill. This is not the price I was quoted on the phone, this is a hidden charge. This not being honest to the customer.
